Mobile LVN/LPN

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home clinical services including phlebotomy, EKGs, and macular edema screenings to patients.
• Perform blood specimen collection, labeling, and transport according to regulatory standards.
• Conduct clinical screenings and maintain appropriate documentation of patient visits.
• Manage clinical supply inventory and maintain a clean, organized mobile work environment.
• Identify and report adverse events or medical product complaints in accordance with company guidance.
• Collaborate with the clinical coordination team to ensure accurate paperwork submission.

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted LPN or LVN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of phlebotomy experience in clinical or field settings.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds to transport medical or diagnostic equipment.
• Willingness to travel up to 100 miles to conduct patient visits.
• Proficiency in using medical equipment and maintaining documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1 year of EKG experience.
• Certification as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Phlebotomy Technician (CPT).
