Mobile Logistics Associate X

Responsibilities

• Distribute routes to couriers and maintain clear communication with Dispatch, couriers, and leads during live operations
• Resolve real-time route, courier, safety, and delivery issues to ensure timely customer service
• Use a personal vehicle as needed to complete customer deliveries when operational needs arise
• Adhere to all safety and compliance standards, including the proper use of required PPE

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid and unexpired driver’s license with at least 365 days of clean driving history
• 2+ years of experience driving within a metropolitan area
• Access to a reliable personal vehicle with active auto insurance meeting company and state requirements
• Ability to safely drive for extended periods (up to 10 hours per shift) and lift/carry items up to 25 pounds
• Availability to work a fixed schedule: Monday - Friday, 4:45 PM - 10:30 PM

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in logistics, courier services, dispatch support, or route coordination
• Commercial driver's license
