Mobile Logistics Associate

Responsibilities

• Distribute routes to couriers and maintain clear communication with the dispatch team to ensure smooth operations
• Act as a Safety Champion by managing PPE distribution and addressing unsafe conditions or non-compliance
• Mitigate delivery disruptions to ensure on-time medication delivery and an exceptional customer experience
• Proactively identify and resolve real-time logistical challenges and analyze daily KPI metrics
• Complete deliveries personally when needed to maintain service standards

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a minimum of a 365-day clean driving record
• 2+ years of experience driving within a metropolitan area
• Ability to safely drive for up to 10 hours per shift
• Ability to lift items weighing 25+ pounds
• Availability to work either Monday-Friday (4:45 pm to 10:30 pm) or Saturday-Sunday (11:00 am to 9:00 pm)
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Commercial driver's license
• Prior experience in logistics, courier services, or similar operational roles
