Mobile Integrated Health (MIH) Data Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the data governance, quality assurance, and reporting infrastructure for Indiana’s Mobile Integrated Health (MIH) program
• Design and maintain data collection frameworks to ensure data integrity across EMS and healthcare systems
• Build performance dashboards and produce reports that support CMS-aligned outcome measurement
• Translate raw data into actionable intelligence for program leadership and stakeholders
• Collaborate with MIH Managers, leadership, and technology partners to ensure data-driven decision-making

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics, healthcare/EMS data governance, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience with data governance, reporting, and performance measurement
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and visualization platforms
• Strong attention to detail and a deep commitment to data quality

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with healthcare, EMS, or public health data systems
