Mobile Infrastructure Technician

Responsibilities

• Service, repair, and install network and internet systems including switches, access points, and security appliances
• Maintain exterior systems such as satellites, antennas, or P2P radios
• Service and install TV systems, including Pico and Holland style head-end systems and analog/digital cable systems
• Install physical television sets, monitors, and mounting hardware
• Repair and replace surveillance equipment including cameras, NVRs, and security sensors
• Manage access control systems, AI-based platforms, and guest door lock systems
• Provide local IT support for computers, phones, printers, and scanners
• Support remote teams with on-site repairs and changes

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Higher technology-based education from a college, university, or polytechnic
• 5+ years of experience in a technician role
• Certifications in Cisco, Ubiquiti, Fortinet, or equivalent
• Valid certifications in First-aid, confined space, working at heights, CSTS, AWP, and WHMIS
• Ability to travel for field-based rotation schedules
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
