Mobile Heavy Duty Commercial Vehicle Inspector

Responsibilities

• Verify vehicle identification and enter accurate information into the inspection system
• Inspect and record vehicle equipment, options, damage, and missing or inoperable items
• Perform basic mechanical inspections on powertrain, drivetrain, structural, and electrical components
• Interpret and analyze inspection results
• Maintain quality records and perform other tasks as assigned

Requirements

• CDL Class A or B
• Massachusetts Commercial Vehicle Inspector License
• Ability to work independently at customer locations
• Ability to lift 50-100 lbs and work in physically demanding positions (bending, kneeling, standing for long periods)
• Ability to pass CORI, criminal background, MVR, and drug testing
