Mobile Equipment Mechanic II

Responsibilities

• Execute low and medium complexity preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance on surface mobile machines and equipment
• Assist in mechanical maintenance involving hydraulic and pneumatic processes
• Perform inspections and mechanical maintenance tasks
• Execute material movement including lifting, loading, and securing loads
• Operate equipment such as forklifts and platforms for material transport
• Conduct tests and small maneuvers on mobile equipment when authorized
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and zero-accident policies
• Follow technical manufacturer manuals to ensure quality execution
• Guide less experienced professionals to support their development

Requirements

• High school diploma with professional training
• NR 12 certification
• NR 20 certification
• Driver's license Category B

Preferred Qualifications

• Driver's license Category D
• Technical degree in Mechanics or Electromechanics
