About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and inspections on mobile equipment including trucks, excavators, loaders, and lifts
- Conduct visual inspections and carry out preventive maintenance according to schedules
- Replace defective parts and perform necessary repairs
- Ensure equipment operates safely and in accordance with company standards
- Travel occasionally to support the team at the Port of Quebec site
Requirements
- Diploma in heavy equipment mechanics
- Manual dexterity and speed of execution
- Ability to work Monday to Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
- Reliability, punctuality, and strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
- PEP certification
- Experience with hydraulic systems
