Mobile Equipment Maintenance Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise mechanical and electrical maintenance activities for quarry mobile equipment at the Sokhna plant.
• Ensure all repairs are performed in compliance with company policies and manufacturer standards.
• Provide technical assistance to technicians for complex mechanical and electrical problems.
• Investigate root causes of equipment failures and implement actions to prevent re-occurrence.
• Manage maintenance team performance, including individual development plans and KPI reviews.
• Track equipment costs, including expenditures for maintenance, spare parts, and external repairs.
• Coordinate and approve work performed by external sub-contractors, such as engine overhauls.
• Adhere to all Lafarge Health & Safety rules and ensure the team practices proper safety standards.

Requirements

• Degree from a Faculty of Mechanical Engineering.
• 5-8 years of experience specifically in Caterpillar Mining Equipment Repair.
• Proficiency in SAP.
• Proficiency in Caterpillar SIS and ET.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office.
