Mobile Engineer

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures across commercial properties
• Perform general building fabric maintenance including carpentry, painting, and minor repairs
• Conduct regular safety checks, including fire alarm testing and emergency light inspections
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests with professional solutions
• Ensure all work meets health and safety regulations and quality standards

Requirements

• NVQ Level 2/3 in commercial plumbing
• G3 Unvented Hot Water Certificate
• Valid Water Regulations (WRAS) certification
• Valid CSCS card
• Valid UK driving licence
