Mobile Device Deployment & Fulfillment Technician

Responsibilities

• Enroll Android tablets into MDM systems and configure applications, settings, and remote access tools
• Assign and track IMEIs accurately to ensure precise device identity management
• Perform functional testing and quality assurance on all devices prior to shipment
• Manage fulfillment workflows, including generating shipping labels and pairing device identity with tracking
• Maintain organized inventory of tablets, accessories, and supplies
• Manage the full device lifecycle, including processing returns and redeploying hardware
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and support scaling operations from 30 to 100+ devices per day

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, or Device Deployment
• Experience provisioning Android devices
• Familiarity with MDM systems such as Knox, Miradore, or Intune
• Experience with IMEI tracking or hardware asset management
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to documentation accuracy
• Ability to work independently in an onsite environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in healthcare or regulated environments
• Experience with shipping systems like FedEx or UPS
• Familiarity with label printers such as Dymo or Zebra
• Experience working in a startup or rapidly scaling environment
