About the Company

Rapsodo is a sports technology company that designs computer vision and machine learning products to help athletes maximize their performance. Our Turkey office operates as the R&D arm of Rapsodo, located in the Izmir Ege University Technopark.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Android and cross-platform mobile applications using Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP)
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following MVVM and modern design principles
• Use Coroutines and Jetpack libraries effectively
• Contribute to improving application architecture, performance, and user experience
• Debug and resolve issues related to networking, concurrency, and memory management
• Collaborate with designers, QA engineers, and backend developers in an agile environment
• Stay up to date with mobile development trends and best practices

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in mobile app development
• Strong Android development expertise
• Solid understanding of Kotlin and Android fundamentals
• Experience with Jetpack Compose and MVVM
• Basic understanding of software architecture and common design patterns
• Familiarity with algorithms, data structures, and databases (SQLite/Room/Realm)
• Strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP)
• Experience with Firebase or Mixpanel
• Exposure to media streaming, recording, or ExoPlayer
• Apps published on the App Store or Google Play
• iOS development exposure (Swift/SwiftUI)
• Knowledge of unit testing (JUnit, XCTest, KMP testing)
• Contributions to open-source projects
