Mobile Communication Quality Measurement Administrative Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support mobile communication quality measurement by collecting and reporting result data
• Assist in the management of test devices and terminals
• Coordinate vehicle operations, including reservations, driving logs, and maintenance support
• Manage administrative expenses, including slip management, payment requests, and monthly settlements
• Handle office supplies procurement, inventory checks, and efficient purchasing operations
• Perform general administrative tasks such as document management, meeting preparation, and schedule coordination

Requirements

• 2+ years of total professional experience (at least 1 year in a related field)
• Bachelor's degree or higher (any major)
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel, for data management and document creation
• Experience using internal corporate systems or operating technical devices/terminals
• Strong communication skills for effective departmental collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in administrative or general affairs roles (expense management, etc.)
• Experience managing physical assets such as devices or vehicles
• Experience operating computer or telecommunications equipment
• Experience in field quality measurement or similar field support roles
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience participating in cross-functional collaborative projects
