Mobile Automotive Trainer/Painter/Master Painter

Responsibilities

• Develop training materials for body technicians, apprentices, and specialists in vehicle body repair.
• Conduct practical training sessions covering repair processes, painting, polishing, and component assembly/disassembly.
• Teach the correct use of alignment systems, component replacement, and accident damage repair.
• Provide instruction on water-based paints, spray booth usage, and modern color mixing techniques.
• Train staff on the use of diagnostic equipment, sanding machines, spray guns, and welding technology.
• Instruct on specialized processing techniques for aluminum, plastics, and composite materials.
• Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety standards.
• Train team members on professional damage assessment and repair documentation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the automotive industry and body assembly within large-scale operations.
• Proficiency with professional tools, including diagnostic and measuring instruments.
• Strong precision and the ability to perform critical analysis of technical work.
• Excellent coaching and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Willingness to travel throughout Germany and stay overnight (company car and fuel card provided).
