Mobile Automotive Trainer/Master Mechanic - Mechanics Focus

Responsibilities

• Develop practical training materials for mechanics, apprentices, and technicians
• Plan and conduct workshop training sessions using modern teaching methods
• Design and lead practical exercises involving engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and safety-critical vehicle systems
• Teach advanced diagnostic procedures and troubleshooting for complex technical issues
• Assess trainee performance through theoretical tests, practical exams, and individual feedback
• Provide instruction on workshop safety regulations and the professional use of technical equipment

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the automotive industry, specifically within large-scale workshops
• Proficiency with diagnostic and measuring instruments
• Strong coaching and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team and perform critical analysis of work quality
• Willingness to travel throughout Germany (company car and fuel card provided; private use permitted)
