Mobile Automotive Paint & Body Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform mobile automotive paint and body repairs, including dent removal, panel replacement, and paint touch-ups at customer locations
• Complete dent repairs, bumper repairs, panel replacement, paint touch-ups, and cosmetic refinishing
• Prepare vehicle surfaces through sanding, masking, priming, and paint application
• Match paint colours accurately and ensure a high-quality finish
• Maintain and upkeep of tools, equipment, and company service vehicle
• Offer courteous and professional service to all clients
• Manage daily schedules and service routes efficiently to optimize service delivery
• Document completed repairs and report progress as needed

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in automotive paint and body repair
• Strong knowledge of paint systems, surface preparation, and repair techniques
• Experience with dent removal, paint blending, refinishing, and cosmetic repairs
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation

Preferred Qualifications

• Formal certification or training in automotive paint and body repair
• Experience using the latest paint technologies and materials
