About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and architect mobile applications using React Native and Flutter
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Provide technical leadership and mentor a team of developers
- Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and coding standards
- Implement and enforce best practices for mobile application development
- Work with UI/UX designers to implement intuitive mobile interfaces
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical challenges and bugs
- Evaluate and recommend new tools, libraries, and frameworks
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in mobile development
- Proven experience as a Mobile Architect focusing on React Native and Flutter
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related engineering field
- Strong expertise in React Native and Flutter frameworks
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with native mobile development (Android/iOS)
