Mobile Architect

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the overall architecture for mobile applications to ensure scalability, performance, and security
• Lead the development of cross-platform applications using frameworks such as React Native or Flutter
• Provide technical expertise and guidance for native iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin/Java) development
• Mentor mobile developers through code reviews and technical leadership to foster a collaborative culture
• Research and evaluate new mobile technologies and tools to drive innovation
• Optimize application performance, addressing bottlenecks in speed and memory usage
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation regarding mobile architecture and development processes

Requirements

• 14+ years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying mobile applications on iOS and Android
• Expertise in cross-platform frameworks like React Native or Flutter
• Proficiency in native development using Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin, or Java
• Deep understanding of architectural patterns such as MVVM, MVP, or Clean Architecture
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and cloud API technologies
• Strong knowledge of DevOps tools including Jenkins, Fastlane, GitHub Actions, and Firebase
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
• Exposure to AWS services such as EKS, RDS, and DynamoDB
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of mobile security best practices
• Experience with UI/UX design principles
• Contributions to open-source mobile projects
