Mobile App Engineer - Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of software engineers through the full software development lifecycle
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team
• Architect and develop scalable, reliable, and secure systems
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code and enforce coding standards
• Implement DevOps strategies including CI/CD, monitoring, and cloud deployments
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python, Dart (Flutter), PHP, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Reactjs, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Tailwind, and Google Apps Script
• Hands-on experience with Solidity for smart contract development is highly desirable
• Practical experience in microservices architecture (REST/gRPC, Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Experience with relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Couchbase, Firebase Firestore, Neo4j)
• Proficiency in Linux server administration and GitHub Actions for CI/CD
• Knowledge of ITIL and SDLC standards
