Mobile After-Sales Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Maintain, control, and certify hydraulic and mechanical tools at client sites to ensure optimum functioning.
• Perform inspections, revisions, and certifications for professional hydraulic tool ranges.
• Prepare after-sales service interventions for various markets including electrical, railway, and industrial sectors.
• Inform clients of any non-conformities and provide repair quotes when necessary.
• Establish control certificates to be delivered to customers.
• Guarantee the achievement of performance objectives, including response times and inspection efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong manual dexterity and ability to work with precision.
• Proficiency in using manual and power tools.
• Ability to travel regularly, approximately three weeks per month.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and general computer use.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude.
• Rigorous, methodical approach with strong analytical and observation skills.
