MLR Vault Technician

Responsibilities

• Manage content administration tasks within the Veeva Vault PromoMats and Veeva Vault Medical platforms
• Create new placeholders and upload MLR content based on provided metadata and guidance
• Upload new reference documents and initiate Quality Control (QC) workflows
• Perform reference document linking, anchoring, and linking tasks
• Monitor MLR workflows and task completion status
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding task progress or completion

Requirements

• Scientific, Medical, or Data Analysis background
• Experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats or Medcomms preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to manage multiple detailed activities
• Excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills
• Fluency in oral and written English
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a remote, cross-functional team

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in content creation for Biotech or Pharmaceutical industries
• Experience with the Pharmaceutical Content Review process
