MLOps Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain ML infrastructure and tooling to support the full ML lifecycle
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for ML models, including automated testing and validation
• Implement robust model deployment patterns for batch, real-time, and streaming environments
• Build and operate monitoring and observability for ML systems, including data drift and model performance
• Partner with Data Scientists and ML Engineers to productize models and standardize environments
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to integrate ML workloads into data platforms
• Drive MLOps best practices including versioning, experiment tracking, and reproducibility
• Contribute to security, compliance, and cost optimization of ML infrastructure

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or related field
• Solid programming skills in Python
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for data or ML projects
• Familiarity with ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices including code reviews and testing

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a dedicated MLOps or ML Platform role
• Experience building feature stores, model registries, or experiment tracking systems
• Exposure to streaming data processing like Kafka or Kinesis
• Experience with observability stacks such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog
• Familiarity with LLM and GenAI workloads
