MLOps Engineer (Generative AI)

Responsibilities

• Design and implement pipelines for the training and deployment of ML and AI models
• Create and maintain scalable code to deliver AI/ML processes in near real time
• Build and maintain Agentic pipelines to drive organizational innovation
• Design monitoring dashboards, collect metrics, and create automated alerts
• Design and execute unit and performance tests to ensure system reliability
• Perform feasibility studies and technical analysis for new AI initiatives
• Develop comprehensive technical documentation, including diagrams and manuals
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in software development or CI/CD pipeline development
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Proficiency in Python with strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and unit testing
• Demonstrated experience with Linux and Docker containers
• Experience with major cloud providers such as Azure, GCP, or AWS
• Experience building Agentic pipelines
• Experience with container orchestrators like Kubernetes or Docker Swarm
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, ONNX, or TensorFlow
• Familiarity with ML/Ops technologies (e.g., Azure ML)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related discipline
• Hands-on experience building, fine-tuning, or deploying models in NLP or Computer Vision
• Familiarity with modern foundation models and LLMs such as Qwen or LLaMA
• Experience with distributed systems and Power BI
