Responsibilities
- Fine-tune and evaluate open-source LLMs for enterprise use cases
- Build and optimize RAG pipelines using LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex
- Train agent architectures and create reinforcement learning pipelines to optimize behaviors
Requirements
- Deep experience fine-tuning open-source LLMs using HuggingFace, DeepSpeed, or LoRA
- Experience building enterprise-grade RAG pipelines integrated with vector databases
- Strong background in agent frameworks with multi-step reasoning and memory
