ML Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Profile and optimize training performance using tools such as Nsight and PyTorch Profiler
• Identify bottlenecks in data loading, gradient computation, and communication
• Implement optimizations including kernel fusion, sharding, and tiling
• Optimize distributed training pipelines using PyTorch Distributed
• Design and maintain high-performance GPU kernels in Triton or CUDA
• Build robust data loading pipelines to maximize training throughput

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Extensive hands-on experience with PyTorch
• Experience optimizing ML model execution during training and inference
• Strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals, architectures, and processes
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
