ML Scientist/Lead ML Scientist

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning models for applications including predictive safety, content personalization, search, virtual assistants, time series forecasting, and clustering
• Utilize state-of-the-art machine learning and deep learning technologies for multilingual text classification, language modelling, and multi-modal learning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
• Conduct thorough exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns and trends
• Deploy machine learning models into production environments using AWS services for real-time and batch predictions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in advanced machine learning areas such as computer graphics, reinforcement learning, recommendation systems, or NLP
• 7+ years of Team Leading or Team Management experience
• Proficiency in Python
• Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks
• Experience designing solutions for online safety, conversational systems, recommender systems, search engines, or A/B testing
• Strong statistical and analytical skills
