ML Engineer I

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with machine learning engineers and data scientists to develop scalable systems.
• Work across various ML disciplines including deep learning, reinforcement learning, computer vision, and NLP.
• Partner with product management and design to define project scope, priorities, and timelines.
• Contribute to the technical and architectural strategy alongside ML leadership.
• Take ownership of technical roadmaps, including planning, milestones, and risk mitigation.
• Deliver high-quality, cost-effective, and scalable machine learning solutions.
• Implement cutting-edge research into Sprinklr products and stay updated on industry trends.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
• 0-1 years of experience in Deep Learning with a track record of technical project work.
• Proficiency with deep learning tools such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with Large Language Models (e.g., GPT-4, BERT, Transformers).
• Familiarity with cloud deployment technologies like Kubernetes or Docker.
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, including coding standards, CI/CD, and testing.
• Ability to communicate technical designs and requirements to users and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Multi-Modal ML and Generative AI.
• Experience managing high-caliber machine learning engineers or data scientists.
