Mixologist

Responsibilities

• Create and serve signature cocktails, mocktails, and premium beverages
• Maintain bar mise-en-place, stock levels, and cleanliness at all times
• Engage guests with confident, friendly, and knowledgeable service
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing standards
• Collaborate with the bar team to develop new recipes and seasonal menus

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Mixologist or Senior Bartender in a licensed venue
• Strong knowledge of spirits, mixology techniques, and beverage trends
• Excellent communication and guest-engagement skills
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
• Must be currently based in Dubai
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and passion for hospitality
