Mixologist

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, and premium beverages with consistency and flair
• Develop new recipes and contribute to seasonal beverage menus
• Maintain bar mise-en-place, stock rotation, and cleanliness
• Engage guests with warm, knowledgeable, and interactive service
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and beverage-handling standards

Requirements

• Currently residing in the UAE
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mixologist or Senior Bartender
• Strong knowledge of spirits, mixology techniques, and beverage trends
• Excellent communication and guest-engagement skills
• Creative, hardworking, and committed to delivering exceptional service
