Mixing/Blending Operator

Responsibilities

• Measure, mix, and blend fine powder materials according to production formulas
• Operate blending and mixing equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspect materials and finished batches for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Requirements

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work around fine powders
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow written instructions
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work assigned shifts
