Mixing Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate mixer equipment per established procedures
• Measure and weigh ingredients accurately
• Verify correct ingredients and mixing instructions from batch tickets
• Complete assigned paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
• Clean equipment following Standard Operating Procedures
• Work without supervision to produce quality product following GMPs
• Support daily operations by mixing products per the current schedule
• Provide on-the-job training to new employees

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good mathematical abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand for long periods, walk, bend, stoop, and crouch
• Ability to use a pallet jack
• Ability to work in a wet, noisy, and non-temperature-controlled environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Chemical compounding experience
