Mixing Master

Responsibilities

• Produce ready-mixed concrete on time and in high quality for mixer trucks and self-collectors
• Operate, control, and monitor concrete mixing plants to ensure smooth production processes
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and production specifications
• Monitor incoming goods and inventory levels, managing the disposition of raw and auxiliary materials
• Perform quality controls as well as maintenance, repair, and cleaning tasks
• Support general plant operations and work flexibly across various locations in the Stuttgart region (including Kirchheim, Rutesheim, Herrenberg, and Darmsheim)

Requirements

• Completed training as a transport concrete process mechanic or a comparable technical/craft role (e.g., industrial mechanic, concrete builder, or plant operator)
• Experience in concrete production or operating mixing plants is preferred
• Valid Class B driving license
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity
• Ability to work independently, reliably, and with a high sense of responsibility
• Flexibility and willingness to travel to different sites within the Stuttgart area
