Mix Plant Manager

Responsibilities

• Review, manage, and execute daily production plans to meet targets and customer demand
• Monitor production processes, troubleshoot issues, and implement efficiency improvements
• Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards and conduct regular inspections
• Manage inventory levels of raw materials and ingredients to prevent shortages or overages
• Supervise and mentor production staff, including mix operators and technicians
• Ensure compliance with all industry regulations, safety guidelines, and sanitation standards
• Monitor production costs and implement cost-saving initiatives
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule preventive maintenance and minimize downtime

Requirements

• Strong background in dairy processing
• Proven experience in production management
• Demonstrated team leadership and supervisory skills
• Expertise in inventory management
• Thorough knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
