Mitigation Field Technician

Responsibilities

• Install containment and safety mechanisms at loss sites
• Install and monitor drying equipment and air filtration devices
• Provide emergency cleaning and sanitizing services
• Conduct controlled demolition services
• Maintain fleet vehicles and company equipment
• Pack and move client contents and personal property
• Support job-site sales activities including securing reviews and referrals

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Willingness to work weekends, nights, and on-call rotations
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in confined spaces
• Satisfactory background check

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in disaster restoration
• IICRC certifications
