Responsibilities

• Book and reconcile daily bank and payment movements in the systems
• Monitor all incoming and outgoing payments across various payment methods
• Identify and investigate discrepancies in a structured manner
• Support the clarification of payment issues alongside experienced team members
• Ensure all payment processes are cleanly documented
• Create regular reports on payment volume, performance, and status
• Act as the first point of contact for internal payment inquiries
• Assist in the introduction of new payment methods and system optimizations

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or degree (e.g., Business Administration, Finance)
• Basic understanding of accounting
• Proficiency in Excel and ideally financial systems
• Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented way of working
• Very good German skills and good English skills
• Hands-on mentality and willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications

• Initial practical experience in Finance, Accounting, or Payment (e.g., internship, working student)
