Mitarbeiter Wareneingang & Abfallkoordinator

Responsibilities

• Load and unload supplier vehicles using a forklift
• Perform visual and quantity inspections of incoming materials, including unpacking and repacking
• Execute goods receipt bookings in SAP, including arrival notifications for customs goods
• Support the resolution of discrepancies in the goods receipt process
• Assist with internal transport, storage activities, and inventory counts
• Organize the operational separation and collection of waste
• Coordinate with waste disposal companies and manage collection schedules
• Maintain disposal records and documentation
• Support cost control and optimization efforts regarding waste management

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
• Several years of experience in goods receipt, warehouse management, or internal logistics
• Proficiency in SAP R3 or similar warehouse management systems
• Valid forklift license (crane license is a plus) and knowledge of UVV safety regulations
• Good command of both German and English (written and spoken)
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work in a structured manner and as part of a team
