Responsibilities

• Record and process weighing data relevant for billing and permits at the Saalburg quarry
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing vehicle traffic and manage vehicle dispatching
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers to ensure smooth operations at the scale
• Perform acceptance control and correct categorization of waste materials
• Create statistics and evaluations for material flow management
• Handle daily scale closing procedures and other commercial administrative tasks

Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., Office Management) or similar experience
• Proficiency in standard PC applications and willingness to learn new IT solutions
• Excellent written and spoken German skills
• Driver's license class B is an advantage
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
• Customer-oriented mindset and service attitude
