Responsibilities

• Provide customer service as a competent and friendly contact person
• Advise customers on the food product range to drive sales
• Stock shelves and frozen goods, including in colder environments
• Present goods attractively and implement promotional measures
• Manage the acceptance and return of empty containers and transport aids
• Ensure cleanliness and compliance with quality standards such as HACCP

Requirements

• Ideally previous experience in a comparable position
• Passion for the retail industry
• Customer-oriented mindset with a friendly and helpful attitude
• Open to career changers
