Responsibilities

• Perform shipment control and continuous shipment monitoring
• Handle refusals of acceptance, undeliverable shipments, and complaints
• Manage the dispatch of truck import shipments
• Create and process tickets
• Coordinate appointments and bookings for private customers and provide customer service
• Collaborate with partner freight forwarders, truck drivers, and internal teams in dispatch and warehousing

Requirements

• Completed training as a freight forwarding and logistics clerk or a comparable qualification
• Proven experience in the groupage/LTL area
• Proficiency in using MS Office programs
• Strong communication skills and a structured way of working
• Flexibility and a team-oriented mindset
