Mitarbeiter Sammelgut (m/w/d) Landverkehr/Spedition

Responsibilities

• Plan and control groupage transport processes for national and international routes
• Manage the processing of groupage incoming and outgoing shipments
• Collaborate closely with the part-load and full-load departments to ensure efficient workflows
• Communicate with and support transport contractors operating at the site
• Optimize workflows and processes to increase quality and productivity
• Ensure compliance with all internal guidelines, regulatory requirements, and legal provisions

Requirements

• Completed training in freight forwarding, logistics, or a comparable commercial qualification
• Professional experience in groupage, LTL (Less than Truckload), or freight handling
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and Outlook
• Experience using Transport Management Systems (TMS)
• Fluent German and good English language skills
• Strong customer orientation, communication skills, and ability to work independently
