About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for retirees regarding company pension administration
- Provide friendly and competent telephone support for inquiries related to pension billing

- Maintain and update master data within internal systems
- Support users with questions regarding the company's proprietary online portal
- Work closely with colleagues in a first-level support capacity to resolve client issues

- Previous experience in customer service or a service center environment is a plus
