Mitarbeiter Polsterfertigung

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up upholstery equipment
• Operate semi-automated systems for upholstery production
• Adjust simple machine parameters
• Perform manual processing tasks such as hemming, drilling, and cutting threads
• Conduct visual inspections and rework defective parts
• Clean and change tools and fixtures
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning work

Requirements

• Professional experience in manufacturing (upholstery production is an advantage)
• Manual dexterity and technical understanding
• Careful and precise way of working
• Very good written and spoken German skills
• Ability to work independently and a quick grasp of new tasks
• Reliable, flexible, and a team player
