Responsibilities

• Prepare delicious coffee specialties and advise customers on product selection
• Fill and decorate the display case with fresh products
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the entire McCafé area

Requirements

• Previous experience as a barista or in a café/waitstaff role is preferred
• Enjoyment in interacting with regular customers and providing great service
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends
• Good proficiency in German; additional languages are a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in gastronomy, retail, or bakery services
• Background in customer service or promotional roles
