About the Company

Contilia offers an extensive care network including hospitals, medical centers, prevention, rehabilitation, and senior living facilities in the central Ruhr area. Through the "Lindenblüten" initiative, we provide support and social engagement services for people living at home who do not yet require professional nursing care but desire assistance with daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Offer support based on your personal skills and interests
• Provide assistance with daily tasks such as reading aloud, light housework, or playing games
• Accompany seniors on outings like shopping trips or visits to the theater
• Perform small repairs or technical assistance, such as explaining smartphone usage
• Assist with outdoor tasks like mowing the lawn or walking dogs

Requirements

• Must be retired or a pensioner
• Empathy and compassion
• Good social behavior and reliability
• Ability to work independently
• Joy in interacting with elderly people
