Mitarbeiter Leergut/Kasse

Responsibilities

• Act as a competent and friendly contact person for customers
• Manage the checkout process and ensure optimal workflow
• Handle cash disposal, change control, and issuance securely
• Ensure correct booking and settlement of outgoing goods in compliance with internal and legal regulations
• Manage the acceptance and return of empty containers and transport aids
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the empty container area and ensure compliance with quality standards (e.g., HACCP)

Requirements

• Ideally completed training in retail or gastronomy (e.g., Chef, Restaurant Specialist, Wholesale or Retail Clerk)
• Open to career changers (Quereinsteiger) with professional training provided
• Preferably experience in the food retail sector
• Strong customer orientation and professional demeanor
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system
