Responsibilities

• Act as a competent and friendly contact person for customers
• Manage the acceptance and return of empty containers and transport aids
• Maintain order and cleanliness in the empty container area
• Ensure compliance with legal and internal quality assurance standards (e.g., HACCP)

Requirements

• Ideally previous experience in a comparable position
• Passion for the retail industry
• Strong customer orientation and friendliness
• Open to career changers
