Responsibilities

• Represent a high-quality cosmetics line by advising and supporting selected pharmacies within your assigned territory
• Support pharmacy staff in implementing marketing measures and sales promotions, including training sessions, product placement, and consultation days
• Manage customer processes competently, including direct orders, bookings, complaints, and returns
• Drive sales through active direct sales and relationship management

Requirements

• Several years of experience in pharmacy field sales, specifically with OTC or cosmetic products (entry-level candidates with relevant sales experience are also welcome)
• Experience conducting training sessions for pharmacy staff and supporting sell-out measures
• Strong communication skills, social competence, and the ability to persuade and build rapport with pharmacy personnel
• High degree of self-motivation, independence, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and common CRM tools
• Fluent German language skills (written and spoken)
• A passion for the cosmetics industry
