Responsibilities

• Extract and transport oil shale to contribute directly to production
• Operate, monitor, and clean modern vehicles, heavy machinery, and plant systems
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs on vehicles and equipment
• Support authorized blasters as a blasting assistant during specialized operations
• Assist with preventive maintenance to ensure reliable raw material extraction
• Participate in revision work and contribute to smooth operational workflows
• Support reclamation efforts to help restore natural habitats

Requirements

• Completed technical vocational training
• Possession of a heavy machinery driver's license (desirable, but not required)
• High level of reliability, teamwork, and flexibility
• Strong awareness of safety protocols
• Ability to work independently and maintain composure in stressful situations
