Responsibilities

• Operate plant systems for alternative fuels and raw materials
• Manage the unloading of fuels, raw materials, and additives
• Perform maintenance, cleaning, and simple repair work on plants and machinery
• Coordinate material supply and the delivery of raw and auxiliary materials
• Receive deliveries, inspect materials, and process delivery notes
• Support warehouse management and assist with plant maintenance and overhaul work
• Maintain order and cleanliness at workstations and driving paths
• Collaborate closely with production, maintenance, and quality management teams
• Strictly adhere to all safety regulations and protocols

Requirements

• Completed technical or manual vocational training
• 1–2 years of professional experience in an industrial or similar environment
• Good knowledge of operating technical plants
• Strong understanding of production processes
• High level of safety awareness
• Proficient IT literacy
• Reliable, independent, and resilient working style
• Strong team spirit and sense of responsibility

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience within the cement industry
