Responsibilities

• Ensure the constant readiness and proper condition of pool and internal company vehicles
• Plan, organize, and coordinate maintenance, inspections, and necessary repairs with internal and external service providers
• Perform vehicle cleaning, maintenance, and replenishment of operating fluids
• Execute minor repair work as needed
• Manage maintenance and service plans using SAP
• Handle commercial processes including quote requests and invoice verification
• Support facility management teams with site-related tasks when required

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an Automotive Mechatronics Technician or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, initial professional experience in fleet management, vehicle service, or a similar field
• Basic commercial understanding and proficiency in MS Office
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Valid Class B driver's license
• Structured, reliable working style with strong teamwork and responsibility
